For you, your team and your agents.
Notes, tasks, boards and records in one app, on your computer, in the browser and on your phone. Share a space with your team. Your agents work in it too.
No account. In the browser, everything stays on your device.
01 · Features
Write it down, plan it, keep its records and work on it with others. Each piece works on its own and links to the rest.
Markdown, formatted as you type. No name or folder needed to start.
Sections, subtasks, priorities, labels and due dates.
Columns, cards, comments and phases. A card copies as a brief for a person or an agent.
31 ready apps, from a gym log to a CRM. Set one up with a few answers, then ask your agent to change it or add what you need.
With your team
02 · Agents
They read and write the same notes, tasks, boards and records you see, and press buttons as you would. There is no assistant inside Scrawl: bring the one you already use.
On your computer
Through a Scrawl server
$ claude mcp add --scope user scrawl -- npx -y @scrawlnotes/mcp
03 · Chat
Rooms and direct messages for each space, next to its notes, tasks and boards.
04 · Sync
Windows, Mac, the browser and your phone. It works offline, and catches up when you are back.
Alone, or with a few people
Your spaces sync through a folder in your own OneDrive. Share one with a few people; who sees it is up to OneDrive.
With a team
One Docker container you run.
# compose.yml image: ghcr.io/scrawlnotes/server $ docker compose up -d
Only on a server
Coming: permissions for files and folders, SSO and two-factor sign-in.
Under the hood
05 · Open source
The app is MIT and free for everyone, for good. The server is open source too, and free for personal use and small teams. A business running it for a larger team will be asked for a license later, on trust. It never locks anything, and every feature is in every copy.
Free and open source. No sign-up, and the app keeps itself up to date.
